St. Patty's Day Diddies

I made corned beef and cabbage for dinner last night to celebrate St. Patty's Day.  Gwen asked "what are you eating?"  I told her bacon and she ate the corned beef right up.

I wanted a green dessert for after dinner so I bought mint cookie ice cream.  I gave some to Gwen and she insisted on a candle.  I put a candle in her bowl of ice cream and sang "Happy Saint Patrick's Day to You" and she blew out the candle.   Mike refused to support the situation, so he didn't sing.  I have a feeling most holidays will be spent singing to her over dessert, I just hope Mike isn't a scrooge every time.
