Stay At Home Mom

On Sunday Gwen asked me why I couldn't be a stay at home mom so that I could:

1. Watch "Big Bang Theory"
2. Drink wine with my friends
3. Run on the treadmill while watching "The Biggest Loser"
4. Go to Pilates

She did insist that my friends would have to go home when she got home from school.  

On one hand I'm curious as to what she thinks of me since I rarely watch TV, but on the other hand I am glad that I am setting the example of an active lifestyle.  I want the kiddos to see that it isn't a chore to be active, but a way of life. 

Anyway, on Tuesday Leo was devastated that he had to go to daycare.  He asked me why I can't stay home with him instead.  I say "go ask your father".  He runs downstairs yelling "Daddy Daddy" then asks "Can mommy stay home with me?".

They make me die.  If the people have spoken, maybe I should listen..................damn lifestyle that I love!!!
