Gwen's Ballet Recital

After a grueling 16 weeks of ballet class, Gwen had her first ballet recital.  As I have written before, Gwen has been a bit difficult lately (well since she turned 3) so it came to no surprise that it was melt down central the morning of her recital.  I had extremely low hopes on how she would do especially because she melted down in the room after we checked her in (she didn't want to put the special thing in her hair and she didn't want me to leave).  You could imagine my surprise when she did fantastic!!  She had a smile the whole time and did the entire dance!!  I was sooooo proud of her!!  Mike's parents and brother flew in so it was good that it wasn't a bust!  I am so proud of my little girl.  I did ask her if she wanted to do ballet again and got an immediate answer of "no".
